INDIANAPOLIS, IN / Nov. 8, 2016 – Techlocity, an Indianapolis-based managed services and IT consulting provider, announced a change in ownership from current owner and founder Tom Wagenhauser. Roger Underwood and Todd Kuebel, local Indianapolis entrepreneurs, recently assumed the operations of the Indianapolis IT company after Mr. Wagenhauser chose to focus more time on family.

 

“We are incredibly excited to start this new journey with Techlocity,” said Underwood and Kuebel. “As Indy natives, we’re invested in Techlocity’s operations and customers, and we’re excited to continue the tradition of excellent customer service and IT support. Techlocity’s customers remain our number one priority.”

 

Techlocity will continue to operate out of its Fishers headquarters and offer the same IT services and support including Managed Services, 24×7 Help Desk and IT Infrastructure. With the transition, Wagenhauser will be contracted for 12 months to assist as needed.

 

Roger and Todd bring a combined 40 years’ experience in IT and operations management to Techlocity.

A Ball State graduate, Roger served as Senior Vice President of Information Systems for The Finish Line, Inc. as well as developed and launched its eCommerce business before moving in to consultant work. Roger lives in Greenwood with his wife and three children.

 

tkuebelTodd Kuebel, Chief Operating Officer, has over 20 years’ experience in operations and inventory management. Beginning his career in Aviation, Todd moved into retail and served as Vice President of Inventory Management at The Finish Line, Inc. before becoming an independent supply chain consultant. He resides in Greenwood with his family.
