Zach Byard, Vice President of Help Desk Operations
Zach began his career as a manager and market leader for an athletic retailer, and most recently worked for an IT and Engineering and Recruiting company, which developed his passion for the IT industry. When he’s not at work, Zach is traveling as much as he can and is a huge fan of the Chicago Cubs, Indianapolis Colts and Indiana Pacers. He enjoy music and also loves to attend concerts. He recently learned to play the drums, which he enjoys tremendously. Zach is excited about his position at Techlocity and is proud to be able to contribute to such a dynamic team.
Ryan Frederick, Senior Engineer
Ryan comes from a background in managed services and system integration within Indianapolis. His proficiencies include Exchange migrations, virtualization and scripting/automation. When not working, you can find Ryan playing Minecraft with his 7 year old. Ryan is happy to help and enjoys teaching and training any way he can.
Dustin Everhart, Help Desk Engineer
Dustin has previously worked in manufacturing and is excited to start a career as part of Techlocity’s Help Desk. He enjoys board games, comic books and biking. A man of many tunes, he also plays guitar and bass. He looks forward to a fun time on the Help Desk team!
